Diversity programs have been on the rise lately. In Indeed & Glassdoor’s Hiring and Workplace Trends Report 2023, we can see its tendency.
The biggest growth has happened from 2019 to 2021. Companies have leapt from around 30% to around 50%. However, we can see a small decrease from 2021 to 2022.
It has always been a bit higher in Canada and the UK than in the US. Currently, just around 40% of American companies offer diversity programs.
