Users say AI helps them save time (90%), focus on their most important work (85%), be more creative (84%), and enjoy their work more (83%). 
Let’s look at the stats!
- 78% of AI users bring their own AI tools to work (BYOAI). This is even more common at small and medium-sized companies (80%).
- BYOAI isn’t just for Gen Z. People of all ages use it.
- 52% of people who use AI at work don’t want to admit to using it for important tasks. And, they worry it can make them look replaceable.
